01Builder Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the purchase of the Agent Website Template Pack from the website builder ("Builder"). The Builder delivers a digital product: a pack of ten premium, customizable real estate agent website templates, including private editing tools, buyer's guide pages, terms pages, a written setup guide, and one-command backend setup files. The purchase price is a one-time payment of $997 (USD), plus any sales tax shown at checkout. Delivery is considered complete once the purchaser receives access to the pack. Because this is a digital product delivered immediately, all sales are final once access has been granted, except where a refund is required by law. The Builder may update, improve, or correct the templates over time at no additional charge. Done-for-you setup: every paid purchaser is entitled to one done-for-you setup, in which the Builder connects the pack to a backend account owned by the Purchaser, loads the ten agent sites, and turns on sign-ins, normally within two business days after confirmed payment and the Purchaser provides the required account access. Done-for-you setup covers one initial setup only; later changes, custom design, content entry, and ongoing support are not included unless agreed in writing. Setup is included with every completed, non-refunded purchase. The Purchaser does not need to run setup commands or connect the backend themselves. The Builder configures the database, access rules, agent sign-ins, and consultation forms, and checks that the ten sites are connected before handover. The Builder is not responsible for the purchaser's hosting, domain, or third-party service costs.
02Purchase Contract
By completing this purchase, you (the "Purchaser") enter into a binding agreement with the Builder. The Builder agrees to deliver the Agent Website Template Pack as described on this page, and the Purchaser agrees to pay the one-time purchase price of $997 (USD) plus any applicable sales tax shown at checkout. For every purchase, the Builder also agrees to perform one done-for-you setup as described in the Builder Terms & Conditions, and the Purchaser agrees to provide the account access needed to complete it and to keep ownership and control of that account. The Purchaser confirms they are authorized to use the payment method provided. This agreement is effective the moment payment is successfully processed. If any part of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in full effect. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
03Non-Commercial Use Disclosure
The Agent Website Template Pack is licensed for use by the Purchaser and the individual agents named within the Purchaser's own office or team. The Purchaser may personalize, edit, and publish the templates for their own real estate business purposes. The Purchaser may NOT resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or otherwise commercially exploit the templates, in whole or in part, to any third party — including selling copies to other offices, agents, or developers. Each purchase grants one license for one office or team. If you wish to use the pack across multiple offices or for resale, contact the Builder for an extended commercial license. Unauthorized commercial use may result in license termination and legal remedies available to the Builder.
04Legal Review Notice
These documents are a customizable starting template prepared by the Builder, not legal advice. The Builder should have licensed North Carolina counsel review and approve these terms before relying on them for live sales.
